Guarantee Policy
A credit card guarantee required at time of booking. The credit card may be authorized for one room night + tax per room on the day of arrival to guarantee your reservation.

24-Hour Refund Policy

Effective July 1, 2024, the State of California instituted a new 24-hour refund policy. When a reservation is made at least 72 hours before check-in, guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours and receive a full refund. After this 24-hour cancellation period, our regular cancellation policy applies – 48 hours before the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival at no charge. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee.

Parking
Self-parking is available on-site at $32 per vehicle per day.

Pets & Service Animals
The Legacy Resort is a pet-free property. Service animals are permitted to accompany guests per ADA policies.

Credit Card Incidentals Policy
A credit card hold deposit of $50 per night will be required at check in for room charge incidentals.

Smoking Policy
The Legacy Resort Hotel and Spa is a smoke-free property. Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited on the resort campus including guest rooms, lobby, conference center, pool, gardens, outdoor plaza and parking areas. A $250 smoking fee will be charged for guests found smoking in the guest room or anywhere on the property for each occurrence.
