Guarantee Policy
A credit card guarantee required at time of booking. The credit card will be charged one room night + tax per room on the day of arrival. We do not accept Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. Guests to provide a physical credit card to complete check-in.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Effective July 1, 2024, the State of California instituted a new 24-hour refund policy. When a reservation is made at least 72 hours before check-in, guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours and receive a full refund. After this 24-hour cancellation period, our regular cancellation policy applies – 48 hours before the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival at no charge. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee.

Guest Communication Policy
When booking a reservation, guests agree to receive text messages related to their stay through our Guest Concierge service. Guests may opt out of future text messages at any time using the opt-out option provided in each message. For questions or concerns, please contact our Guest Services team.

Early Departure
Guests who depart prior to the end of their booked reservation dates will be charged a $75 early departure fee.

Government Rate
Special rate is valid for federal and state employees. Credentials will be required at check-in to qualify for the discounted rates.

AAA, CAA, AARP Special Rate Offers
Special rates are valid for AAA members, CAA members, and AARP members only. Credentials will be required at check-in to qualify for the discounted rates.

No Resort Fees
The Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa does not charge a resort fee for using our luxurious on-site amenities including the heated pool, oversized hot tub and 24-hour gym.

Parking
Self-parking is available on-site at $38 per vehicle per day.

Pets & Service Animals
The Legacy Resort is a pet-free property. Service animals are permitted to accompany guests per ADA policies.

Smoking Policy
The Legacy Resort Hotel and Spa is a smoke-free property. Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited on the resort campus including guest rooms, lobby, conference center, pool, gardens, outdoor plaza and parking areas. A $250 smoking fee will be charged for guests found smoking in the guest room or anywhere on the property for each occurrence.
